This time we stayed in room 27. The room has very uncomfortable mattress, the springs stick out and dig in to you. It doesn't feel safe. I have to sleep on top of the quilt. The shower drain was partially blocked. And the freezer was ice over. I sent the photo to the accommodation management following the instruction but no response. I think the room in overall is okay and it is in the best location for my work. For health and safety I would consider changing the mattress. Many thanks.

Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. We finally could get our key passcode after we contacted the Accommodation Emergency number. The staff was very nice and she immediately email us the code. Despite this, the room 31 was very nice and comfortable. We will definitely come back.
