First getting into the apt was a struggle, if it had not been for a neighbor helping us find the key we would have not gotten in. when in apt it was freezing.. the person that cleaned the apt left all the window open (and it was about 52 degrees), there was a radiator in each room but very slow to warm rooms. I froze all night. The apt was large and nicely decorated. But the fans in both bathrooms ran 24/7, we had to shut doors so we didn't have to hear them running. All the instructions for the apt were on one sheet of paper that we finally found in a bowl on a table in living room. The wifi was hard to figure out with him using 0 instead of O !Ran out of hot water, we could not figure how to use stove. Once we told him about all these item , David said to go to the typed paper in the bowl and it will explain the hot water issue. My husband figured it out but nothing was clear. The owner said he would be there (as he knew when we ere arriving that day), last minute he wasn't there but in Turkey ! So we had to fend for ourselves. Like I said if it wasn't for the nice neighbor we would have never gotten in. No one should have to go through what we did!! The apt was in a very low end neighborhood and was not comfortable walking around at night. There was shops and restaurants but not close. Taxis had a hard time finding what corner to pick us up at, almost every time! We ended up paying twice for missed taxis. I never heard a word from the owner after we left.
