Margaret was very kind and welcoming. Room was perfect for our stay with a wonderful breakfast. We would strongly recommend. Other reviews mentioned the rooms being outdated. We found everything to be updated with no problems.

This is an old fashioned B&B in all gods senses of the world. A very friendly, down to earth kind of place .Nothing splashy but met our needs at a fair price and good location for both Derry and points west

I thought the property in August and arrived at 1:30 to find no one living there the whole place locked up I rang the doorbell seven I went to another house on the property where there was a sign go to the Manorhouse where I had already been I rang the phone no one answered I’m a 72-year-old woman travelling by myself and I had a panic attack when I realised that the accommodation I had booked in August was not going to be available I shan’t be using Expedia again and I certainly won’t be recommending grow the house to anyone
