Wow! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and very clean, bonus to have the garage game room! The location is perfect to have access to the beach and close to everything you might need. To top off the great home, Kim was so delightful to interact with before and after our stay. 10/10 for sure!

The house was very nice and welcoming — perfect for spending time with family and entertaining the kids. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up. There were two comfortable seating areas, which worked great for giving the kids and adults their own spaces to hang out.All three bedrooms were lovely, with comfortable beds, and the master bedroom was especially nice. The only small drawback was that none of the rooms had two single beds (which we knew in advance), but that setup would have been a bit more convenient for the kids.The house is located at the start of a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the beach and also not far from the main road, you could hear road noise. The games room is not heated, we were there in October Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily recommend this home to other families.

Check in was easy, house was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed- plus! The beds were so comfy. Loved the fire pit out back. It was a quick walk to the beach through a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We had a small issue with the fireplace. Kim, our property manager was there within a few minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely, well appointed and clean. Quiet neighborhood and down the block from the beach. Spacious and dog friendly. Our 13 yo loved the basement full of games. We had a wonderful time! Had planned to ride bikes from house to town but it’s on a main road without bike lane for about a mile which didn’t feel safe with the kids. But we drove to the discovery trail parking and rode from there.

This house was wonderful; Clean and very spacious for our entire group. The house included all of the amenities you could possibly need to entertain and all appliances are new and very high quality. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the tall ceilings are a huge advantage. We will definitely book this house again for future beach vacations.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

This property is fantastic and just as advertised and pictured. Our group included my husband and me, plus two of our adult daughters and their husbands. The house is so roomy and comfortable, with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds. The game room downstairs was a big hit and the beach was an easy and beautiful stroll down the street and through the gorgeous dunes. Plenty of beach towels and toys were provided, as well as a wagon that allowed us to transport our belongings to and from the beach. The backyard firepit was also a favorite. Our family had a fabulous 4th of July as we walked to the beach for a truly unforgettable fireworks display. We loved our visit to this beautiful home and hope to come back again!!

Relaxing and Wonderful

The house was wonderful. It was fully stocked and had a fun game room for all ages. Kim was awesome to work with and made sure we had what we needed for our vacation. We walked to the beach multiple times a day throughout our stay bexause it was so close. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We stayed 4 nights in this home, the location was excellent for exploring long beach, walking to the beach and in reasonable proximity to day trip into Astoria. Pictures were very representative of the property, the place was clean well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Best coastal VRBO ever!

Best beach vacation ever! The house was super clean and beautiful! The beds/bedding were lovely. The location was awesome and just a short stroll to the beach. It was private and the neighborhood was quiet. The house had everything we needed and more! Such a great home for families. The family room was so relaxing and inviting we enjoyed every minute of it. The host, Kim, was the best host I have ever worked with. She was very responsive. If you choose this beach house please treat it with love- We will be back and we won’t be staying anywhere else.

Great house!

We had a great stay in the well supplied house! Fire pit in the back decks on two sides, close walk to beach. Town is a short drive also. I wish I would have looked a little closer at appliances I would have taken waffle mix! Lotts of seating and comfortable beds! Thank you for having us!

Fabulous home with great family amenities

We are an older couple who connected with children and grandchildren in this home made for fun. So many wonderful games .. ping pong, pool, foosball, basketball and Tv.. adult kids loved it and a short walk to the beach ! Our dog found a hidden bone under the sofa ! Score! There are stairs if you are concerned but we navigated without trouble ! Great amenities and manager Kim is terrific! You will love this gem close to downtown LongBeach!
