The ocean clearly visible from our suite. The suite was big, with an extra bedroom with its own bathroom. Also, a full kitchen with a full size refrigrator was included. The pool area was alright and I enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. The free breakfast was sufficient with all the basics, but had to wait over half an hour for the omelet once, and over 10 minutes another time.

Room seemed as though it was unfinished and outdated. Door trim partly painted. Bathroom had mold. We had a ground floor room with no screen on sliding glass door which was extremely inconvenient considering we traveled with dogs. We were told animals could only be on ground floors but we had dogs above us in room 229 and a view would have been nice. My son really enjoyed the pool tho!

The room i stayed in was very outdated. The bed was soooo uncomfortable and im not picky. I could hear every foot step from the room above me as well as the neighbors conversations. I chose the Chautauqua because i have stayed here for over 35 years. Its a far walk to the beach and town. The pool was recently refinished and looked great! They do offer a really nice complimentary breakfast. I paid $180 for a Monday night.

Love love love your place. The bikes are an added plus and the breakfast fuels the day. Staff are very kind and friendly. Only concern... guests who do not honor the amply published rules about their dogs and let them run wild off leash. Thanks for another wonderful stay.
