The property was nice and staff was great. The air condition at the hotel was broken. So the hotel was hot. Our room the first night had AC. But the second night we did not and all of the hotel was hot. Our safe was broken and nobody came to fix it. We asked a few times but nobody came. The beach was beautiful and had a private beach plus security which was nice. The Resturant staff was excellent/friendly and breakfast was good. We paid over $600. a night so for that price I would not go back there. The room was ok but staff kept it clean. Our view of ocean was nice to have and relaxing. We got charge a 3rd night and the hotel gave my husband a run around to refund it. We had to put a stop payment on our credit card and finally they took it off.

Walls between rooms are pretty thin. Shower is amazing- pressure is great. In room fridge and closet room is great. Beds / pillows are comfy. Balconies are an afterthought lacking room to do anything other than stand. Grounds and common areas are clean and well kept. Private beach area is first class but lacks bar service. Tiki bar is great but takes a 20 minutes to order a drink. Restaurants are good, eggs Benedict is amazing for breakfast, breakfast buffet is not worth it, selection a step above continental at best. Hope this helps…

This Hotel had everything we needed: Ocean and the beach, outdoor and indoor pool and a bar, restaurant. Beautifull grounds. Parking is very convenient. Hotel is close to everything that Long Branch has to offer.

Very poor service when arriving with pet. Had to wait almost 2 hours for my room to be finished. Then the room was old and run down for the price. I was told on the property that I would be charged an additional 150 for my pet which was not told to me from the beginning. I left early and was not happy with the place. Would love to get some of my money back.

The maid service was a issue this time around. I have been coming to Ocean Place for over 20 years and have not encountered this type of issue. On the third day of my trip housekeeping came to the door and I was just about to leave. I asked them to give me two minutes. They never came back. Came back to the room with food from the night before still in garbage can and nothing touched.
