We have been staying at this resort for the last 16 years and this year we noticed that the entire facility needs renovations. The room we were given was old, the lights in the bathroom were blinking the entire time, vacuuming in the hallways while we were trying to rest didn’t help. The hotel was quite empty and yet we couldn’t get an upgraded room for a view. The hotel is so expensive and it will be our last year here since we will be going to the newer hotels near by.

We love staying at this hotel for family trips. Only complaint is the DJ for the tiki bar was playing music so loud, you could hear it all the way on the beach. We mentioned it to the staff, who took care of it, but the DJ felt he needed to draw people in. If you can’t hear the ocean or have a conversation (this is not a late night scenario, it’s middle of the day), it ruins the beach vibe.

Hotel could use some cosmetic updating, especially the exterior. The interior dining area felt extremely dated and the outside dining had one of the slowest services I’ve ever experienced. All the staff was friendly, though I got to the hotel too early to check in and the front desk guy said he’d call me when the room was ready, but I never received that call. Water in shower was nice and hot and had GREAT pressure. I would stay here again.

Very nice resort. Enjoyed the pool, bar food was yummy and the dj made for a fun atmosphere. Nice to not have to go far to enjoy the beach , restaurants and shops. And the parking also was very easy and included.
