The house was very comfortable, but the cleanliness conditions were not optimal. The refrigerator had leftover food, and the eating utensils were dirty. We did not have enough towels.

For the most part the place and location were nice. Upper level porch door does NOT lock. When we reached out to customer service number provided, we were instructed to send a text message. Which took hours for a reply and usually after midnight. A maintenance guy finally came out on Sunday-2 days later. And told us that this is an ongoing issue with this door lock and that it has been nonworking for a bit now. I wish we were told that before we booked this stay, that one of the doors to the outside does not lock. Foosball table was broken so we couldn’t use that. Sofa bed on the lower level was broken. The mattress was actually in the garage I believe. Bed frame to King bed was broken and half attached to the bed- another issue. The maintenance guy stated has been an ongoing issue. Very small pans to cook with- we had bought groceries not knowing that the pans were so small. We ended up going out to eat. Overall, it was an OK stay but we really wish we would’ve had a more secured place that actually had doors that locked. For the amount of money we paid we should’ve had locked doors.

Check in was super easy. We found the property and house to fit all our needs. Highlights were kayaking around the lakes, even finding little passageways to explore other lakes nearby. I caught a big largemouth one day. The hot tub was nice, yard was good, kitchen and bedrooms were good. We enjoyed playing games at night. Saw several deer daily. Decent weather and beautiful fall foliage. Would consider going back!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The location is perfect. The two upstairs bedrooms had fantastic beds. The pull out sofa bed was broken when we arrived and the bottom bunk mattress needs to be replaced. Other than the bed situation we had a great time!!!

Very expensive for the poor conditions of the home. - sliding doors DO NOT lock properly. We were left vulnerable and unsafe with doors that would not remain locked while asleep and while out and about. Very alarming - dirty dishes, appliances and shower liner was disgusting - king bedroom smelled of urine when the freshener plug in isn’t spewing out chemical fragrance to cover it up- big hole in upper deck area, dangerous for pets or children- no safety gates by stairs areas in and outside house- non working amenities such as the blender and hair dryer - hornets nest in shutters on side of house - not very clean - previous guest already documented the door lock issue many days ago and it was obviously not addressed properly for future guests. Very poor considering how much this cost us.

Great location, love the lake access and kayaks! Love the hot tub, the grill, and fire pit. My only issue is some attention to detail was missing; the hot tub had no chlorine (thank you Advantstay for fixing that problem!), the fire pit’s 2 lighters were empty so we had to buy one the next day to use the fire pit, a sliding door lock was broken (a random piece of wood was used as the lock), the grill n fire pit propane tanks are almost empty
..the extra propane tank IS empty, and the foosball table is broken and the ping pong table is build for pre-schoolers!?Seriously though, we enjoyed ourselves.

Birthday getaway

This property had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well equipped and and there were plenty of towels and supplies for our stay. The lake is right there and we would have been in it if warmer. There were daily deer and wildlife sightings which made it very peaceful to sit outside and enjoy nature. Would defiantly stay here again.

Spring Getaway

This was a perfect, private, quiet, outdoorsy getaway with alot to offer. BBQ, firepit, Lake access, land to roam and hot tub while also being within 10-15 minutes from attractions in the area. Short trip from Camelback, Kalahari and Mount Airy Casino. We loved it!

Wonderful secluded house with a large yard and lake access. Great spacious kitchen with a large marble counter and bar. Extremely comfortable beds. Well maintained hot tub.

Fall Getaway

The home was beautiful. Heat was not working when we arrived....we went out to dinner and it was fixed when we got back! Beds were comfy and room very dark to sleep! Hot tub was great and relaxing...Not aloud to have bonfire because of dryness to area! Also we were not aloud to use the fireplaces, not sure if that was because of same reason or not! Found plenty of restaurants near by and delicious. Would love to come back again cause is was wonderful!! Loved the lights and decor! Thanks for an awesome experience!!

We absolutely loved our stay and this particularly property. The seclusion the property offered made us feel like we had tons of privacy. The house was lovely and the fact its lake front was exactly what we wanted. We plan to hopefully be able to stay here again in the future.

As Advertised

Some good, some areas for improvement: Good ‱ Tastefully decorated ‱ Good quality air conditioning ‱ Modern & up to date bathrooms (plus a very cool shower head in the upstairs shower) ‱ Good quality sleeping arrangements - big & comfortable beds ‱ Nice seating area on deck ‱ Nice seating area around fire pit ‱ Nice seating area by pond ‱ Kayaks & life jackets on the property for use Areas to improve ‱ Quite a bit of trash (Twisted Tea cans & bottles) by the water’s edge from previous tenants ‱ Coffee maker leaked from water reservoir & couldn’t be used - was a pain to have to immediately drive 10 minutes to nearest coffee shop right after waking up ‱ If you are older or not that mobile, this is not the place to stay. The home is on top of a driveway and a lot of inclines & declines to get to the water. ‱ No dock to jump off of! This was especially a bummer as the neighbors all around have one and were jumping off theirs all week.
