Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Overall, this was an okay stay with a few frustrations. Communication with the property management company was easy, and check-in was smooth, which we appreciated. The location was convenient and the house itself was easy to find.That said, cleanliness could have been better. We noticed popcorn kernels on the main living area rug even though we hadnât had any, which made it seem like the space hadnât been thoroughly vacuumed before our arrival. The trash cans were also nearly full when we got there, so we had to keep additional trash inside to avoid attracting wildlife, which wasnât ideal.The house was stocked with basic toiletries and plenty of towels, which was nice. The bedrooms and kitchen were both perfectly fine and met expectations.One downside was that some of the advertised amenities werenât usable. The shuffleboard table didnât have sand, and the air hockey table powered on but didnât actually work, so we werenât able to use either.Overall, not a bad stay, but a few maintenance and cleanliness issues took away from the experience.
