Incredible historic bungalow near Longmont's main street. It's within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee, and shopping. The hot tub and back yard are a nice bonus! I would stay again.
Charming home, very clean and comfortable. Host was great with communication. Walkable to plenty of spots in Longmont. Worked great for graduation weekend.
This is a really nice historic home. Very clean. I slept very good in the bed I chose, it was firm but comfortable. My family loved taking advantage of its close proximity to some attractions such as Wibby Brewing, Tangarine and Lucilleâs. Nice hot tub, my daughter used it twice. I got to workout on the treadmill downstairs. I would definitely consider staying here again.
A charming spacious interior, nice porch and backyard for hanging out, and walking distance to downtown for eating, etc. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub or bbq this time. Initially I was concerned about the noise from close by train tracks but that was only during the day and was quite when it mattered . I would stay here again.
Love the layout of the house! Has so much potential. That said - my comments are not to be mean but to help. My family owned a business and we always said - canât fix something if we donât know it needs fixing!Feel kingsize mattress should be updated or maybe have a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. Housekeeping could be better. Some white spots on black curtains in bedroom. Front window curtains / 1 panel was on backwards. Could use a nicer fry pan in kitchen. Could use kitchen towels. Iâm old - wash dishes by hand. Fan was used in one of the bedrooms - blades dirty. Really appreciated having off street parking. Front porch wonderful! Did not use exercise equipment, washer/dryer, or hot tub so canât comment there.
House was very cozy and perfect for the weekend! Everything was clean and comfortable. Very walkable location into downtown Longmont. Would definitely stay there again!
This home is the cutest! The woodwork was beautiful. Itâs an older home but has been upgraded and itâs lovely! Itâs also the perfect location to the park and we were close to family in Longmont with some nice restaurants. We grilled out a couple of nights at the house and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!
House was beautiful and was in an amazing location. I had a couple issues. We saw a mouse the first night, the hot tub jet wouldnât turn off and the dryer didnât work. The owner was very responsive in trying to get these things fixed. The listing also stated there was a pool but when I asked where the pool was or if it was possibly a pass to a local rec center I was told the listing was incorrect. My kids were pretty disappointed about that. I feel I shouldâve gotten a discount on my stay since the listing was incorrect. Otherwise this is a very beautiful home that is in an amazing location. I would definitely stay there again because the house was so unique and the proximity to downtown.
It was decent. Trains nearby were loud in the morning. There were cars parked in from of the house the entire time we were there- which it seems that other neighbors would park and walk to their homes and barley leave any room to get in and out of the driveway. The grass wasnât mowed. It seemed that the host would remotely change the air conditioning or it was on a timer, which was annoying
Great long weekend stay to cap off a week in Estes Park. Enjoyed some of our favorite local restaurants and tried a couple of new ones as well. Location was perfect for shopping and dining downtown, and visiting friends who live nearby. Looking forward to our next stay!
House was great. Only cleanliness issues were with several of the pot/pans which appeared to be cleaned via the dishwasher which left them greasy and unclean (and the dishwasher had greasy residue too). The outdoor grill needed cleaning (lots of debris in the bottom). Location was very convenient to downtown but was 1/2 block from railroad tracks. Trains came by at night/early morning and were loud.
Visiting family in the area The location of the home was perfect. When we arrived the home was clean and nicely furnished. Being walking distance to downtown made life easy. Very rarely did we need to use our car. Loved the neighborhood. It was quiet. Clean and the neighbors seemed friendly and always waved Would definitely stay again.
The property was great, very clean, nice neighborhood, and a great backyard for the dogs. Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks for letting us stay!
Just a couple blocks from shopping and Restaurants in Downtown Longmont and an easy drive to Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and Celestrial Seasoning. I would stay again.
