House was very cozy and perfect for the weekend! Everything was clean and comfortable. Very walkable location into downtown Longmont. Would definitely stay there again!
This home is the cutest! The woodwork was beautiful. Itâs an older home but has been upgraded and itâs lovely! Itâs also the perfect location to the park and we were close to family in Longmont with some nice restaurants. We grilled out a couple of nights at the house and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!
House was beautiful and was in an amazing location. I had a couple issues. We saw a mouse the first night, the hot tub jet wouldnât turn off and the dryer didnât work. The owner was very responsive in trying to get these things fixed. The listing also stated there was a pool but when I asked where the pool was or if it was possibly a pass to a local rec center I was told the listing was incorrect. My kids were pretty disappointed about that. I feel I shouldâve gotten a discount on my stay since the listing was incorrect. Otherwise this is a very beautiful home that is in an amazing location. I would definitely stay there again because the house was so unique and the proximity to downtown.
It was decent. Trains nearby were loud in the morning. There were cars parked in from of the house the entire time we were there- which it seems that other neighbors would park and walk to their homes and barley leave any room to get in and out of the driveway. The grass wasnât mowed. It seemed that the host would remotely change the air conditioning or it was on a timer, which was annoying
Great long weekend stay to cap off a week in Estes Park. Enjoyed some of our favorite local restaurants and tried a couple of new ones as well. Location was perfect for shopping and dining downtown, and visiting friends who live nearby. Looking forward to our next stay!
House was great. Only cleanliness issues were with several of the pot/pans which appeared to be cleaned via the dishwasher which left them greasy and unclean (and the dishwasher had greasy residue too). The outdoor grill needed cleaning (lots of debris in the bottom). Location was very convenient to downtown but was 1/2 block from railroad tracks. Trains came by at night/early morning and were loud.
Visiting family in the area The location of the home was perfect. When we arrived the home was clean and nicely furnished. Being walking distance to downtown made life easy. Very rarely did we need to use our car. Loved the neighborhood. It was quiet. Clean and the neighbors seemed friendly and always waved Would definitely stay again.
The property was great, very clean, nice neighborhood, and a great backyard for the dogs. Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks for letting us stay!
Just a couple blocks from shopping and Restaurants in Downtown Longmont and an easy drive to Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and Celestrial Seasoning. I would stay again.
My husband and I and our two dogs had a very enjoyable stay in Longmont. The house was great and just like the pictures. The windows do not open - it is a historic home and has the original windows, but the air conditioning and heat worked great and we were always comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and supplied with paper products and dishwashing supplies. The location was fabulous - just a few short blocks from Main Street with great restaurants, breweries, and shopping. The neighborhood was lovely for walks and runs. It was great having a fenced in yard for the dogs. The trains did not bother us - reminded me of when I stayed at my grandmother's house years ago. Only once did we hear it in the middle of the night. Highly recommend this property and Vacation Rental Collective - they were great to work with when we had to make a last minute change to our dates because of a pet's illness. Check in was easy and Scott answered any questions we had quickly.
We had a great stay visiting friends in Longmont following several nights up in Estes Park. The neighborhood is very walkable to the downtown area, and easy highway access if wanting to visit RMNP, Boulder, Denver area, etc. As some previous reviews have noted, the property is located about half a block from an active train track, but no one in our party had any issues sleeping through the sounds. All 3 bedrooms were equipped with white noise machines, if you're a lighter sleeper. The hot tub was a great perk after several days of hiking. We would definitely stay here again!
Clean and cute house but had NO AC for our stay which made things pretty miserable. We stayed during some hot days. House was 82 degrees during our entire stay and stuffy because every single window in the house is painted shut and unable to be opened. Property manager finally supposedly got an HVAC person out on 3rd day but didnât communicate and house remained unchanged. Also offered some reimbursement but then didnât send amount agreed upon.
We joined our 2 children and their spouses in Longmont to attend a family baby shower. The house was comfortable and accommodated our party of 6 very well.
Location near Downtown Longmont is walking distance to coffee shops and casual dining. Love Longmont and the house made together time so enjoyable.
Booked this location from Denver. Drove up for the weekend to enjoy Stout Month at Longs Peak Taphouse & Brewery. Also checked in at Wibby Brewing. The hot tub was nice to soak in after a long run on the St. Vrain Greenway Trail. House was spacious and bright. Would definitely book again.
