We had an excellent stay at this house in Longmont. The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. With three bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and plenty of living space, it easily accommodated our group of eight without ever feeling cramped.The kitchen had everything from coffee and spices to pots and pans. The basement with a pool table and smart TV was a perfect to keep the boys entertained.The location is near anything you'll need including the Safeway for groceries. The host was very accommodating and made everything stress-free, from booking to check-in. And gracious to help out with the trash when we missed it. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better rental—comfortable, clean, and set up for both relaxation and fun. Would absolutely stay here again!

good value

quiet neighborhood in a side cul-de-sac with lots of parking. large open floor plan, plenty of sleeping areas with pull outs, fenced in back yard, kids swing set, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of eating tables, has walking trail near by, had board games, with retail stores 5min away. Good over all stay would stay again if needed. BTW needs some WD-40 on the front entry door as it sticks and made us think we did not have the correct code.

Longmont home

This home was a nice place to stay. Lots of room and several tables for eating, crafting, playing games, etc. There is also a pool table in the basement that was a lot of fun! Location was very close to McIntosh lake, for walking and taking scenic photos. Also, only a short drive up the pass to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. My only complaint was that the bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky/noisy for even the tiniest of movements and not very comfortable. But besides that we really enjoyed staying at that home in Longmont, CO.

Great family friendly home

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. Having pack n plays and a highchair already in the house for kids so we didn’t have to travel with them was very handy. Melanie was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

This house is nestled in an absolutely gorgeous quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to Boulder. Easy hikes and beautiful parks very close by. The property had everything we could have needed for our two girls (2yo and 2mo).

Perfect vacation home

We were in Longmont for our son's wedding and family reunion. This home was perfect for all of us. Finished basement area was perfect for our son and his family while the 3 bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the 3 married couples. Both couches also pull out into beds if needed. 3 tables for dining and games. Play set on the property and plenty of games and puzzles. Kitchen well stocked and a wonderful walking trail/park just a few steps away from the cul-de sac. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Great communication with host/owner as well. Would highly recommend.

Family vacation

This was my first experience with VRBO. It was smooth. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating: Responds quickly to questions. The house was exactly as described and very clean. This place was perfect to keep the kids entertained with all the games and play activities.

Perfect Family Vacation House

We were in town for a wedding with our 3-year-old and 9-month-old. This house was beyond our expectations. Not only was there plenty of space, there were so many toys for the kids to play with! They had a blast. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the fenced-in yard with the playset. Melanie was very responsive when we did have questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Longmont area.

Great Place

We had three generations at the house with ages at 30, 62 and two grandparents in their late 80’s. Clean house that’s very conveniently located and is well appointed. The important part is when there was an issue getting back into the home they were very responsive and resolved our issue immediately. They aren’t an absent investor. Then when we had a special request on check out day, they stepped up and made it happen. Rent this home with confidence.

Great location

This place is in a very quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. We spent most of our time fishing and exploring the area so we didn’t take full advantage of all the things this place offered. My only suggestions would be a bigger kitchen garbage can and hooks for towels in the bathrooms. Melanie was very attentive and communicative. No doubt if we encountered an issue she’d be super helpful!

Cold Outside yet Warm and Inviting In

We were very pleased in all aspects of the rental. From the quick responses to our questions by Melanie to the home itself we were very satisfied. Check in was easy. The home is comfortable, cozy, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms relatively large with good towels, water pressure, etc. We all loved the pool table in the basement. TV great. Appliances great. The only potential negative would be the home is not mobility accessible since it is on 4 levels, but if you have no problem with stairs, no problem here. Overall, a great place where we would definitely stay again.

clean, with lots of toys!

Gotta love fresh vacuum tracks--that's how you know this place is clean!! I appreciated the multi-level layout so everyone could get their own space. We had two toddlers who loved the toys (and, admittedly, the stairs). Melanie was extremely responsive to messages. The cupboards are labeled so you know where trash & recycling go, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and a convenient location to Lyons as well as to parks. Definitely recommend.

SBC2C Colorado Canyon Ride

Every month we are in a different state riding the many iconic canyons across the U.S., so our stay wherever we are MUST top notch for us to get the most enjoyment of our trip, and THIS VRBO makes our list for one of the best of our stays. The size was perfect, the neighborhood was supreme, the neighbors were friendly, shopping extremely close by, our destination was in line with what we needed. The VRBO had all the utensils, and things needed for me to crate gourmet meals for the crew. The outdoor patio was perfect for solitude and gathering, as well as the game room downstairs. I can't say enough about this VRBO. Everything was so easy and seamless in regards to checking in/out, access to the property, and communication. In summary.... GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
