This hotel in Henderson is is terrible condition. Roof leaking in some areas. In need of extensive repairs. The staff were very helpful and professional. Your company needs to invest in fixing it.

The first floor (Lobby) Women's room - toilet didn't work. No toilet paper. Dirty. Room 213: No hot water in the shower. Inquired at the front desk was advised to "let the water run for a while". Let the water run for 10 minutes. Still luke warm. Trash overflowing at the front door. Room wasn't cleaned after the first night. The best thing this location has to offer is Nick in the bar.
