First of all we didnt STAY there! I made a mistake and booked the wrong hotel! I was NOT refunded my money, which means these crooks denied the waiver requested by Hotels.com! The hotel was NIT nice at all...the lobby was dismantled like it was being renovated and it smelled. I had booked the room an hour prior and theybcharged my card! In this economy, WHO can afford to throw over $200 away. We didnt step foot in a hotel room there. I will NEVER book with Hotels.com again!!

I'm a tiny woman who travels all over for work. Well I don't expect any special treatment but if you see me dragging a great big suitcase you would normally put me on the first floor especially if you have no elevator. Second.. if I go to the front desk and let them know that my room stinks terribly bad and request that housekeeping comes the next day, you would think housekeeping would come and change the sheets and clean it thoroughly? No they did not. His solution was to put me in a room right next door that was just as equally stinky. The rooms were tiny as well as smelled like dirty feet and body odor. You can tell the majority of their business are road crews but if that's the kind of customers you have that you need to clean your hotel rooms thoroughly and maybe not give attitude when a little woman requests something to be done. I will never stay in this facility again
