This property was not in acceptable condition upon arrival and did not match the standards or amenities advertised in the listing. The home was presented online as a well-maintained luxury rental; however, the actual condition was significantly below expectations.Major issues included:Severely stained and dirty living room couchInsufficient number of bath towels for the size of the home and number of guestsVisible cobwebs and spiders throughout multiple roomsLeaves and debris in both the pool and the hot tub, indicating they had not been servicedMultiple burned-out light bulbs, leaving several areas poorly litThese issues reflect a lack of proper cleaning, maintenance, and basic guest readiness. The listing promoted a fully equipped, high-end property, but the condition we encountered was inconsistent with those representations.Based on our experience, the property was not as advertised, not adequately prepared for guest use, and did not meet the minimum expectations for a Vrbo rental. I would not recommend this property until the owner addresses the maintenance and cleanliness problems noted above.We ended up leaving the property for a Mariott.
