I stayed here for two nights. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to upgrade our room as I explained it was my birthday. The swingers diner is excellent, albeit quite expensive. It was a great stay

Great little motel

Second time staying at the Beverly Laurel. The staff was so kind and friendly, especially the valet. My room was cute and clean and facing the courtyard made me feel safe.

First, it took forever to check in. We showed up a little before 4pm, and the room wasn't ready. So, we came back around 4:30pm, and we had to wait for almost half an hour to just check in. Then, they don't replace used towels. We stayed 3 nights, but they never once offered fresh towels. We had to bring the used towels to the front desk and were directed to take where to get the fresh towels...

A fun Mid-century modern vibe. Staff super friendly. Not the Ritz, but a great value. The diner that’s in the building is a real plus. Don’t miss a trip to the thrift store across the street.

This hotel might not be the fanciest but it is the best in every other way, their retro vibe is the cutest, their staff is the friendliest and their location is the most central to is all. I would stay here for all my LA visits. With walking distance to so many places and driving to even more. I loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

The rooms were really cute and retro looking. Very quiet. It was hard to find because it is a small building on a busy street. Parking is Valet only.

Go back in time

It was a retro hotel with decor from the 60’s and 70’s. It was appointed accordingly and done very tastefully. We will return and refer friends to the Beverly Laurel Hotel.
