Convenient for dining lots of stores around walkable that’s what we like. Family visiting L.A for the first time from Canada but not the first time staying at courtyards we were staying for eight nights. We expected courtyard hotel will have laundry machine in the property. We had to do laundry at my friend’s apartment, so inconvenience. We run out shampoo and body wash. We told the lady cleaner to refill but we still didn’t get anything. the room wasn’t clean under the table was so dusty.

Upon checking in, we were greeted with thoroughly professional and personable service and, as it was in the midst of a heatwave, we were offered bottles of water. While commonly found in Japanese hotels, this was the first U.S. hotel room bathroom that we've encountered that was equipped with a Toto washlet. Shower was spacious with a thoughtfully placed faucet (so it is impossible to get blasted by cold water when starting the water). Yay!
