After a very long day/eve/night we arrived to find our reservation wasn’t honored. They sent us to another hotel 25 minutes away. The second hotel had a key issue and took an hour to finally get in a room with 2 beds (we are a couple). While the Courtyard paid for the room the inconvenience so late at night was exhausting.

This was our 2nd time to stay, only because the first time was wonderful! We love all the staff and how attentive they are, especially the breakfast team!
