El aire acondicionado no servia, fui a recepciĂłn a reportar, lo checaron diciendo que tenia que esperar 1 hora para que enfrie y no sirvio. Avise de nuevo y que hiban a cambiar los filtros, no hicieron nada, el calor estaba insoportable dentro del cuarto, pedi me cambiaran habitaciĂłn y dijeron no tener mas, les pedi un ventilador y que no tenias, ya habia hido yo anteriormente y nunca habĂa tenido problemas hasta hoy
I booked a room for 4 nights, but the room I was given did not have a fridge as advertised. On my last day, was forced to get my room serviced when I declined them because I was in the middle of a nap. The owner came to knock on my door 3 minutes later and demanded that the attendants serviced my room. I obliged but was extremely upset, considering there is no mandatory room service mentioned anywhere. The room service ladies and the check-in ladies were nice and kind, though. But I will not be staying here anymore thanks to the extremely rude owner.
Area didnât feel too friendly. Staff were a little rude. I guess the positive was that I had a previous guest sign in to the Netflix and the staff never signed out so I got to watch a movie which was nice.
