This was the most amazing vacation home in an incredible neighborhood - convenient to SO many things in LA! Our family of 5 called this beautiful villa home for 5 days while we explored the city and beaches. Evan was a fantastic host - very helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. This house has so much charm, is well-stocked, has a wonderful layout, and quite possibly the comfiest beds in the whole city! We spent plenty of time in the pool and hot tub, and the beautiful gardens make you feel like you’re in a fairy tale. The neighborhood is so charming and holds so much history - mornings walks were one of my favorite parts of our week! The Hollywood sign is right up the road, and the views of the city are fantastic. We walked to the Beachwood Cafe every morning for croissants and coffee, and the neighboring grocery store has essentials that you might need. The neighborhood is so close to Griffith Park, Sunset Bvld, Universal Studios, Rodeo
. The location drastically cut down on the amount of time we spent in traffic. We would absolutely stay here again
.and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely Perfect Stay

The Villa Alesia is nothing short of magical. The decor is world class, the setting is spectacular, the pool is glorious, and there were even Meyer lemons in the large yard for my children to taste. The house was quiet and lovely and had everything we needed for our family of 4. We especially loved dining in the front courtyard each night, listening to the breeze and the peaceful sound of wind chimes. My 3 and 7 year olds adored the nice, warm pool, complete with almost constant butterfly sightings on the lush hillside just above. The bedrooms were each more stunning than the next, and the beds were extra comfy. We could not have been happier or more comfortable during our stay, and can't wait to return to this very special spot on our next trip to LA (our old hometown).

Dream vacation at Villa Alesis

Every corner of this magnificent property is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Highlights of Villa Alesia: 3+outdoor living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out in luxury, the heated pool and hot tub were relaxing and refreshing after a 'hard' day of shopping, beach and touring around LA, an amazing kitchen, warmly decorated rooms and the softest linen! We were so spoiled - it will be hard to stay anywhere else in the future. Did I mention that Rudi (our host) was so attentive! Everything exceeded our expectations. Perfect property, wonderful vacation. We'll be back.

Wonderful home away from home

We had a wonderful visit, and felt very much at home despite being on the opposite coast! The house is warm and inviting. Rudi was available and helpful throughout our stay. A big shout out to super comfortable beds and pillows ! We couldn’t have slept better !!

Hollywood visit

We had such a wonderful time in this gorgeous villa. The house is perfectly appointed and in a wonderful neighborhood. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there so we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful pool and outdoor area. Looks like we will have to have a return visit!!!

Exceptional Stay for our Family

We had high expectations for this property looking at the photos and the description- and the real thing was even better! The home and grounds were beautiful; so clean and stylish and yet comfortable for our family to gather/lounge/be together. The outside areas were heavenly- felt so very secluded. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The location is top notch- great walking, close to everything we needed (grocery store, restaurants, Universal Studios, shopping, etc. Beyond ideal. Thank you Thank you!

Dream Location

This property was amazing - location, design, amenities and cleanliness. Everything in this home was top of the line including the new pool and hot tub. The property sits below the historic Hollywood sign and could not have been a more ideal location when visiting Los Angeles. The owner and property manager were both incredibly nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Incredible

From the moment we were greeted by Rudi we fell in love with this property. Absolutely incredible remodel of an already beautiful Spanish style home. Great location, pool was heated and awesome during the few hot days we stayed . Multiple seating areas outside for different experiences . You can tell love , hard work and dedication went it to making this property what it is . Can’t wait to return to this home , Rudi was an amazing host thank you for everything.

Amazing stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed by the property manager who was super friendly and gave us a thorough tour of the property. It was also really easy communicate with both Rudi and the property manager throughout our stay. The home was beautiful and our stay was super comfortable. The house really is equipped with everything you need! The location was excellent and very quiet. Highly recommend!

bad communications. no response to major issues. owner infringined on our privacy, told us to send h

i am 78 years old. excess was through a steep staircase. master bedroom was down another steep stair case. property was cold. no instructions verbally or in writing. fuse tripped for 24 hours and no lights in sitting and dining on last day we left empty boxes as there was no space in the outside bin. we had left over food on the dining table thinking that someone could eat it. we are Asians and do not bathe in tubs more so in winter. owner blamed us for a breakage .

Great Host and House

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is superbly remodeled and extremely comfortable. The layout is great for family dinners, hanging out, reading, and, enjoying the entire pool area. Excellent location on a quiet street. Just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there. And, the host is super!

Amazing Stay in a Gorgeous Home

My group of 7 friends could not have been more blown away by our stay at Rudi's magnificent home. The house is truly a work of art - every space you're in and everywhere your eye may wander is such a pleasure to behold. Learned upon arriving that this was all Rudi's doing himself and we couldn't stop talking about how good of a job he's done. The property itself was gorgeous as well, felt like a garden of eden nestled into the hollywood hills. Rudi was a great host, super communicative when we had questions, and very flexible with early arrivals and late departures - also had a great recommendation for a restaurant that we ended up visiting multiple times. Overall, we all really felt like we discovered a gem with this house and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Thanks Rudi!
