Everything was great except for the sofa sleeper. The mattress was thin and wrapped in plastic so it was noisy. The location of the sleeper was also awkward. There was not a lot of space to maneuver around it. The parking situation is exceptional though! The best I’ve experienced at a hotel.

A great place for a weekend getaway!

The room was lovely and accommodated our family well. My only complaint would be that the tub stopper didn’t work very well but it was a minor issue that didn’t really bother us. Everyone there was friendly and the service was excellent.

Nice Hotel

Stayed here 1 night to be close to family we were visiting in the area. The room was very clean & was very nice. It felt very spacious. We didn't try the breakfast because we were meeting people for lunch. The parking is underground in a garage under the hotel. Everything about the stay was very pleasant.

Nice hotel and lobby. Our room had previously been smoked in, although very faint still noticeable. There was also a wet spot on the carpet that I had to dry off and change my socks. Overall good with some minor improvement needed.

No pool, hot tub, no notice

This is the hotel we usually stay at when visiting universal. After a long drive we were looking forward to heading to the hot tub to soothe our back pains but the pool and hot tub was closed. I specifically booked this hotel again for this reason. Had I known that the hot tub was closed I would have booked a different hotel. No one told us during booking or when checking in. When we found out and called down to the front desk the person who answered was sassy and said we have signs up and that was it. The toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down for the duration of the flush and the heater didn’t work. The breakfast was great and Jesus was very attentive and kept the dining area spotless. The entire breakfast crew is amazing and are the reason we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
