The first room we were given, stunk really bad when we walked in. We tried to open the patio door to let some air in the room but could not open it. The bathroom bathtub was moldy all around it. We went back to the front desk and complained.

I did not like that there was no mention of how parking was paid for when checking in, they just charged the card two separate times for it. Front desk was very nice with all questions asked, but I think that could just be more clear

It was great for the purpose we were needing. The system went down delaying us from checking in for a few hours. However the staff handled the situation very professionally with numerous angry customers. The room was clean but there was a very odd smell from the room that I couldn’t identify. All in all, nice hotel.

Airport Shuttle

Airport shuttle service from airport to hotel leaves a lot to be desired. When you call to get a shuttle, the estimate of waiting time was never accurate. It happened to be raining the day we were there and my mother is handicapped so had difficulty standing for long periods. There was no cover at waiting location. Got left standing outside for far too long after being told they were sending someone right away. The system does not work well for airport pick up and there was really no recourse or resolution. Also, when trying to call for a shuttle, was left on hold for over 20 minutes (not an exaggeration) because there was supposedly "a room full of new arrivals". Very poor customer service to leave anyone, for any reason, on hold for that long. I picked this hotel in part due to the availability of an airport shuttle - would not chose again for that reason as there were several, I mean several, other hotels that had shuttles and they went by with much greater frequency.
