Deeply disappointed by the severe lack of cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance.
We chose this property to accommodate our family, including young children, and were deeply disappointed by the severe lack of cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance. The condition of the home was far below what was advertised and unacceptable for the price paid.Below is a detailed list of the issues we encountered during our stay:Cleanliness & Hygiene Issues:The home was extremely dirty. Despite the cleaning crew’s late departure, our feet turned black from walking on the floors.Dirty and stained towels were provided, with no washcloths available.Rugs throughout the home were heavily stained and uncleanPest concernMold was visible under the kitchen sink.The kitchen granite countertops were cracked and appeared unsanitary for food preparation.The microwave door button was broken, making it unusable.The window blinds were old, worn out, and visibly dirty.A strong odor of marijuana was present in the studio area, which was deeply concerning with children present.Safety & Structural Concerns:We were denied access to the property until 8:00 PM (well past the 4:00 PM check-in), and had to wait outside with children for hours while cleaning was being completed.My husband sprained his ankle due to a hole on the basketball court.Loose and cracked tiles were found throughout the home, creating significant tripping hazards.Screws and sharp objects were scattered throughout the yard — extremely dangerous for a crawling baby.The home is clearly misrepresented.
