Overall, the property is very nice, My only complaint is I had just driven six hours from Arizona to California and got to the hotel at 2:25 and was told there were no rooms ready until 3 PM

Staff professional. TV service not good. Could only turn TV off and on, volume up and down, could not change channel. Maintenence came in multiple to fix. Would get it ti work. As soon as he left it would not work. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing. Every single person we came into contact with was amazing, professional, kind, and helpful. We checked in late and when we came in the clerk/receptionist made the process easy and she was super nice. The only thing is that the shower was not as clean as it should there was hair strands in the shower.

Nice room, very clean and it smelled good! Breakfast was good and there was still plenty of food left at 9:00 am. Free parking a definite plus. The tv wasn’t working but staff said it was due to an outage so not the hotel’s fault. Still, a reduction in price would have been nice given that we were pretty much confined to our room due to heavy rain.

My in-laws always stay here when they come down to visit us from Northern California. The rooms have been upgraded very nice. We had to evacuate from our home in Sierra Madre. Happy to have a nice place to stay for my family.
