The customer service was horrendous. The manager Grace was rude, unhelpful, blamed the customer for her lack of knowledge, and bad mouthed 3rd party reservation companies

One of the nicer hotels in its price range I've stayed in. Very clean, smelled "fresh". Has spacious rooms, great coffee, decent breakfast. They also provide to go breakfast bags if you are in a hurry.

Amazing breakfast! Super Clean! Great Gym, pool and wonderful staff. My room was spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Coffee bar with microwave and refrigerator made it feel like we were staying in a little apartment. I felt really safe here and all of this led to a wonderful nights sleep!
