Great hotel. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We were here for my niece's wedding and a lot of out friends and family stayed there. Good breatfast, nice variety.

Cozy, efficient stay in Burbank

Fabulous rooms, staff, and location! Easy access to everything in Burbank and the LA area. The room service is terrific! The pool and spa are spacious and lovely. Nice restaurant and dining space. Highly recommended!

I gave this hotel an “ okay” rating. I did not feel good or bad about it. It was just okay. I did not know you had to request housekeeping to get them to clean your room ( I thought they just did it each day). When I came in for the night I thought I would have fresh towels. My room was untouched, trash still full etc. I had to call for towels which was fine, just thought it was standard. Maids did not say hello in halls which I’m use to at most hotels. Seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. I would say good morning and maybe only 1 out of 3 responded.

As a woman traveling alone I did much research before choosing this hotel for my stay. This is an incredible choice. The staff was so friendly and professional. The pet policy was relaxed and respectful. The room and the facility is clean and classy and the surrounding area is very clean and safe. Worth every penny. This will always be my choice anytime I visit LA.
