The airport shuttle quickly picked up the person outside and left. I had been standing inside (don't want to wait downwind of where people were smoking pot, with many suitcases/bags, and there was a breeze). I was constantly looking outside and was quick enough to at least knock on the back of the van's side window as it pulled away. There needs to be a better system. Maybe the driver opens the hotel door and yells, "airport shuttle!". Also, when I checked in and told I was getting a quiet room, I asked if there was an adjoining room and they said there wasn't. It was late, maybe midnight, and I didn't have the energy to change rooms. I thought maybe there wasn't a guest in there but there was. It would also be great if there was a vegan/gluten-free breakfast price option. All I could eat was oatmeal and cut fruit.

We really appreciated the fresh, healthy breakfast options and the friendly, helpful staff who made our stay comfortable. The airport shuttle was convenient and a great service to have, though the wait time for pickup was a bit long (around 15–20 minutes). Overall, a solid choice for an overnight stay near LAX.

Check in, ok. Cuarto chico, cafetera vieja y no arreglan el cuarto a menos que lo solicites. No olvides si quieres que te tiendan la cama. Pedimos cafes y llegaron 40 minutos después, ya casi cuando saliamos. Elevadores viejos. Buena ubicacion. Desayuno no incluido. Shuttle eficiente de ida y vuelta. Tv inservible. Aun siendo miembros de Hitlon Honors,,, quiza eacogeria cualquier otro hotel en la zona.

I was not happy with the almost $75 for parking for staying at the hotel. What a rip off. Will not be staying at this hotel again. They get you with the lower price on your stay. But charge an arm & a leg for parking. SMH
