The staff was great allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was expensive so we chose not the eat there. Protesters were out front of the hotel in the morning starting around 5 am waking alot of guess up. Homeless camp down the street make walking too far uncomfortable.

Very bad experience at this hotel. The staff are not polite and don’t provide good customer service. Sometimes the room locks automatically, and the key card doesn’t work. There are also flies and insects in the rooms and bathrooms. I do not recommend this place at all.

The perfect, central location, clean room, restaurant prices were reasonable, stocked with necessities and the staff were nice and very accommodating giving us a place to put our luggage until check in. The lack of computer access and a business center was the only issue.
