It was a little disappointing that my room still wasn’t ready at 5pm even though I checked in at 11am. I usually always have a great experience with the Front Desk staff at Hilton Hotels but it was different at this location. They were all annoyed in a way and it seemed chaotic. Everything else was great. Loved how every floor had a personal touch with the decorations

Usually hotels will clean your room while you’re out somewhere. They didn’t come to my room at all, I️ asked for housekeeping the next day and they said they will have someone to clean my room. They came like around 4 pm and I️ was in the room, which is late to me. Also, I️ guess when you book a room on Expedia, you will not guarantee a hotel room that you really want. You will have to book it on the company’s website and reserve a room, which is stupid. The elevators were raggedy as well. I️ usually get nervous everytime when I️ get on those elevators.

As a long time, Hilton Honors member, this property was fantastic. The staff was excellent. I’d like to see a little more attention to detail in the room, such as smudges on lampshades and handprints on windows. The hallways & rooms would be better served with hardwood versus carpet. Overall, beautiful comfortable we had two corner king rooms with balconies and they were breathtaking.
