This was an extremely upsetting experience. Our vehicle was broken into while staying at this hotel, despite being told the property was secured and patrolled by security. Even more concerning was the hotel’s lack of care afterward. We felt no genuine concern, empathy, or effort to help us after our belongings were stolen. Travelers deserve to feel safe and supported. Based on our experience, I would urge others to consider this before booking.
