$45 for parking a day, when there's nowhere else to park? Dirty balcony, our feet were black after 1 min outside. Added gratuity for every room service purchase and restaurant. Old tile in bathrooms and popcorn ceiling aged the place, regardless of remodeling. It felt and smelled old. For the positive: location is great and the beds are comfy.

Booked 2 rooms for my daughter and now son-in-law so they could get dressed and ready for their wedding (not held in this venue). Both rooms had great views;were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are small but we worked it out. Beautiful grounds, gave an island vibe, love that it’s on the water. Restaurant was good, had a group of about 20 (we split in half and sat separately by choice) but we all enjoyed the space and ambiance. Would stay again!
