Not what i expected from a Hyatt

The process was a bit of a struggle. Room darken curtains were torn and the bed frame was squeeking when you would roll over. The room next to me played music till 11 and upstairs was pounding on the floor. Tried calling but no one picked up.

Terrible service. They put us in a room we did not reserve. My senior aged mother and I went to question it and they said they were out of the room reserved. My husband who is a 6'5" disabled veteran was going to have to sleep on a pull out couch. He went down to talk to them and they gave us the room we had booked... miraculously one was available. Discrimination at it's finest.

I would recommend staying more than 1 night

I originally booked this hotel because of its proximity to LAX and the included Shuttle to and from the airport. What a disappointment...but in me, not the hotel. I wish I had stayed more than the one night! This is a great hotel worthy of more days than my layover. I'll be back...for more days.

I appreciated the free airport shuttle and free breakfast options. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was not very clean. The duvet was lumpy - the stuffing was brown and repulsive. there was a wad of dried-up toilet paper stuck to the ceiling. I also found the late checkout option to be expensive at $75 for 2 additional hours. Breakfast was not very tasty but still appreciated. Make kitchen staff were helpful while others were dismissive. I got lucky finding a shuttle at the airport but several others had a much longer wait at roughly 1 hour.

Great hotel.

I’ve stayed there before and loved it. I was surprised to find out now there was a (pricey) parking cost. Excellent stay otherwise. I LOVE the pool/hot tub being open 24/7
