The woman who answers the phones doesn’t know her right from left. Kept telling me to go left- to walk to an entirely different terminal when I needed to go right. Just watched the shuttle driver go off the rails on 2 people. One for putting her luggage on the rack and the other for trying to get in the bus- he had been waiting for 45 min. Then the driver starts telling all of us that this is his bus and it’s his rules. Arrogant prick. I’m sure he’s exhausted and sick of dealing with the public, but people on the bus are extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay at the this hotel again. Hoping check in goes smoother.

Hyatt room was great, however the only reason I have downgraded the rating is due to the breakfast which was not great, also the fact this is meant for international travellers a kettle for tea should be part of the room amenities. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Extraordinary Excellent and some advice

Everything is extraordinary excellent. I advise you to park at the hotel that offers valet parking for $75 a day. The parking is expensive but adjacen public parking in the adjacent lot is cheaper for $50 but they make it very very difficult every time you go in and out of that parking, it’s complicated so you’re better off parking at the hotel. Yes, you might pay more but you’re free to go and come as you wish. I do know in the future when I go to see the LA Dodgers that I would utilize the hotel valet parking.

I had been in Europe for a month living in tiny, old hotels with small if any elevators and super small showers, I had just flown for 14 hours and was exhausted. This hotel was like a palace. It is beautriful, the staff was friendly, the airport pickup is convenient and consistent. This hotel is fantastic.

Firstly great location to the Airport. Fantastic staff on Reception especially V she was quick, knowledgeable and nothing was too difficult. Breakfast - good variety. Mady was very helpful and all the staff warm & inviting. Rooms - I was satisfied with our room we overlooked the pool and saw planes landing and taking off not something you see everyday. Very clean, the cleaning staff did a good job. It’s a very smart Hotel, I love the lobby area, music playing. There are many spaces available. Toilets by the Lobby very clean. Room Setvice - quick efficient. I was very pleased with my order. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Hyatt Regency, I’d definitely come back here.

The room was nice and most of the staff were nice, but the first guy who picked up up from the airport in the hotel shuttle, let us load all of our luggage and then saw we had a mobility scooter then kicked us off. I told him I could lift it on the shuttle, but he wasn't having it. We were able to get on the next one.. And no the shuttle wasn't crowded...It was after a long flight from Hawaii so we were exhausted...
