The rooms in this hotel are pretty dismal. A king room for two people but one sink. Small bathroom wash area. No carpet in room just vinyl wood toned floors and very cheap furniture. Hotel lobby and common areas are beautiful, rooms very Motel 6. It is not just our room my friends is the same

I cant believe Hyatt hasnt improve the network infrastructure!! The signal was sooooo bad and hardly any Internet! The staff was not very helpful with it either.

front desk folks lie about room availability

we asked for a late checkout and were willing to pay. but the gal at the reception LIED to us that it was all sold out. she said the same thing to my friend. but when he threatened to revoke his gold membership, the room mysteriously was available. why did she lie?

Just OK

Generally the property is clean and near and the staff is friendly. However, Hyatt chooses to not use fitted bottom sheets and that results in short sheeting at the bottom of the bed, sheet bunching and a generally unrestful night of sleep. Further, maid service missed a day without notice and finally, shower was so hot as to be nearly unusable. Paper cups and an open closet rounded out a just OK room and experience.
