When we arrive it was 4:30 and the room wasnt ready. The front desk told me to wait d i said why would i wait if it was supposed to be reasy at three then he gave me a different room which was something i didnt book for. Would like a discount.

The hotel rooms are great great size great style. Service is horrible not a care in the world for client comfort or issues and one night ac didn’t work. Staff is very inconsistent with parking rules. Not at all customer friendly.
