Unique Spanish style home with lots of original charm. Great, quiet location, close to beach and shoppin and tons of great food. House has everything you need to make it feel like home. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Long Beach.

This Belmont Shore location is the perfect location for a weekend getaway! Restaurants, beach, biking, shopping, etc. The property was in close proximity to all beach amenities. Large home giving ample room to spread around and be comfortable. Great home for large family gatherings.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Brisa! The home was extremely clean and the kitchen had all the essential cookware and dishes for family meals. There was plenty of room for our party of 7. Great spot if you’re in town for an event at the Long Beach convention center. Easy access to bikes, groceries and restaurants. Quick cab ride to Long Beach airport. House is well equipped and each bedroom has a private bath. Great for professionals.

Beautiful house and location

We absolutely loved this house and location. We had 4 adults, two teenagers and two dogs and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and eating at home. The area/neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very walkable area with tons of shops and restaurants within two blocks. The property manager was super responsive and even helped out on a Sunday when we needed him! We would love to stay here again!

Parents weekend

We had a fabulous time visiting our daughter at CSULB. The house was set up well for us, and we appreciated the sharp knives in the kitchen as we were able to do lots of cooking and not be frustrated by the utensils. The firepit for after dinner was a great way to continue the conversation. I would highly recommend this location and since our daughter is only a freshman I plan to use this space again!
