Wonderful Property for Large Party

Hosted my sister’s bachelorette party here for more than 20 people and we had plenty of space and so much fun. Location was great, especially being a middle spot for Malibu and Hollywood activities. Stunning House!

This house is beautiful and huge! There was plenty of space for our group of 20. Great location close to the highway, giving access to the entire region. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the owner was simple and easy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful amenities and manager

The house is perfect for an event or large group of friends. It had so many amenities, we couldn’t take advantage of all of them. The views of the city was amazing. The arcade games around the house and UV light wall mural were nice touches. Oscar, the property manager, was very friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had!

We organized a themed party for about 30 or so of our friends. We had a couple of minor hitches but the host went really out of his way to rectify everything. He cared a lot about making sure our event went smoothly and overall the property is amazing. We would love to be back!

My fiancée and I celebrated our engagement party here and we could not be happier! From the very beginning, Oscar was extremely accommodating and flexible. This property is beyond stunning. 30th birthday bash!

I held a large birthday bash for my 30th bday and my friends and I had a great time at this venue. We all love to dance, and the basement was the perfect place to dj (there is a stripper pole too). The rooms were all clean, and there are plenty of beds and couches for people to sleep on! It was also helpful to have so much parking space! Oscar was very accommodating and responsive with his texts, and I can tell he puts a lot of work into making our experience run as smooth as possible. Once they build the pool, this place will be unparalleled.

Fabulous property with lots of space and tons of activities. We stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend and had a blast. Stunning backdrop for photos and a great place for the wedding party to get ready! Every bedroom has its own bathroom - which was perfect for us. The pool, spa and water slide were a big hit with our entire group, especially our grandchildren. Recommend paying for pool heating this time of year (Oct) - and be sure to do it in advance. Kitchen has two sinks and two dishwashers- great for large groups. Check in and out was a breeze. We experienced a few maintenance issues but property management was generally pretty helpful. Game room in basement is NOT equipped as in the photos (no shuffleboard, air hockey, or foosball) and the basement really needed to be aired out. Beds were not the greatest and I’d recommend bringing your own pillows. Overall - a great place for a family vacay

Amazing House and Helpful Host

Oscar was very friendly, attentive, and helpful and this house was perfect for my friend's birthday party. We had 60 people attend, there was plenty of space and the speaker system was great also. The location is perfect, not too far away from LA and on a hilltop so you get nice views and some privacy. The house itself was clean and beautiful and set a good mood for our party. Floor to ceiling windows so lots of natural lighting. The sauna was also nice for guests who stayed the night. Oscar was understanding and accommodating whenever we had questions or requests. We felt like he was looking out for us and just wanted us to have a fun time. Would recommend this space!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay in Oscar's property. There was plenty of parking with even a shuttle service if there are more guests coming to the property. There are three floors and it's amazing that the speakers connect to all three or separately, including the outside. All of the beds were comfortable and the home itself was absolutely gorgeous. The views were absolutely breathe taking and I just loved how accommodating Oscar and his team were. There were quite a few things available for the party: cleaning supplies, water bottles, ice in the refrigerator, ping pong table, with ping pong balls, a poker table, a stripper pole, and even a sex swing, lol. I had the best time with even better company, but it couldn't have been possible without this rental!

Incredible Spot to Entertain

Oscar’s house was an incredible spot to host out of town guests visiting for my birthday party. Plenty of fun retro games for the guests to play (Mortal Kombat arcade, pinball, pool, etc.) and plenty of space to spread out and socialize. The house, though on a steep hill, feels beautifully tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The balcony and backyard have amazing hilltop sunset views of the Santa Monica Mountains. Part of the backyard was under construction, but it was tucked away and didn’t disrupt the vibe. There was still plenty of space out back for our caterer to serve food. The in-house Bluetooth speaker system sounds superb and was fairly easy to pair with. Just know that if your paired device is in the basement, you may not be able to connect to the speakers upstairs. My guests and I loved each of our cozy and chic bedrooms, and each has an adjoining bathroom. The master bathroom’s spa bathtub overlooking Winnetka makes you feel like you’re at a luxury resort. I couldn’t recommend this spot highly enough to anyone looking to host a group of people who want to stay the night in an LA mansion.

Fantastic Booking!

We booked the house for a birthday party/post-nuptial celebration. We had about 65 guests and 30 stayed the night with us. We had a wonderful experience with Oscar—he was very responsive, accommodating, and flexible. There was plenty of parking for about 10 cars with a shuttle service for additional guests. Our shuttle driver was also super friendly. The house was filled with entertaining amenities and the Sonos sound system was clear, crisp, consistent, and reliable throughout the house. There was plenty of space and seating for guests and entertaining, with a nice view from the hill it sits atop. We were also able to have taco catering set up in front of the garage, making the flow from the garage to the bar to the tables and seats quite seamless. Our guests shared a lot of compliments of the property. Oscar was able to provide extra beds in the basement for us, but I recommend bringing air mattresses and extra pillows and sheets/blankets if you have more than 20 people staying overnight. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed— a big space to host a celebration for our large group. The house will be even more amazing once the pool is installed! We highly recommend for large groups and celebrations.
