The place was convenient to my needs, but poor customer service at the check in and check out. My room was close to the back entrance of the hotel and there was a lot of noice.

Good For Casual Stay

I highly recommend for a casual stay over. Cross the street plenty of restaurants shopping and movie theater. Few blocks away, grocery store. All employees, I encountered, we're friendly and professional and very helpful. Rooms were clean and good sized. Plenty of parking. Pool looked clean ,laundry facilities( hint bring your own supplies way too expensive) there are 2 types of rooms, the motel 6 rooms and studio 6 rooms, which are larger and have kitchens, and are more money. My only slight nitpic complaint. No coffee makers in room and there was a bug in the bathroom. Otherwise, very pleasant, stay. Would definitely stay again.

The property and rooms were not clean. The AC unit did not work properly. We didn't feel safe parking our car in the parking lot. Bad experience and will never go back.

Good value for the price when considering the quality of staff, and the room options. The interior and exterior of the building is in good shape. Like that it’s located near a lot of restaurants and a mall.

Check in was long due to card not in file. Even though i used that card at purchase. Then they told me to make sure that the card is registered to them even if it was done on the website. In the room it smells very very musky. The floors had a very tacky feeling. Stepping you can hear the zipper effect. The bathroom door handle didn't work properly and kept locking my niece in it.
