When I got there I had to wait 3 whole hours after check in just to get a dirty room remote control had no batteries beautiful area but unsanitary and I was with my kids by far worst experience iv ever had in my life will never come here again

Our restroom was dirty upon arrival, limited towels, furniture very old. No extra blankets. A lot of vagabond activity. Did not feel safe.

We stayed for about an hour, the reception smelt like the clean up of a crime scene. The lift to the floors smelt of urine and smoke, there was a notable smell of "herbal" smokes throughout the property. The doors had been smashed in in the past, there was notable damage to the walls presumably from some domestic dispute or worse. The sheets were filthy, luckily you saved the day and organized a refund which allowed us to move next door. I suggest removing this motel from your recommendations as I wouldn't house my dog there let alone a family with two under 18 year olds. I have since found out from local knowledge that the Motel is used by disreputable gangs, I cannot vouch for the accuracy of this information but having visited I can see that this may be true.

Was disappointed that they initially didn't want to accept the credit card that I used to hold the reservation with because "it wasn't issued by a major bank." It IS a major bank in the southeast US. They eventually agreed to let me use it, but I don't understand why they didn't just run the charge to verify it would be accepted. Other than that the staff was friendly. The only other thing is that is not non-slip surface in their shower. It wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for older guests or anybody with balance issues.

First of all I want to say that I've stayed at this establishment many times with great experiences. But unfortunately this time there was some issues next door that involved extended clean up and maintenance throughout the day that did not allow me to sleep or relax.

The staff were great but the other guests staying there kind of ruined it. They looked dirty and many had big dogs!! Smelled like grass outside and alot of cars in the lot were filled with stuff, like alot of homeless stay there idk… but I asked to change my room and they upgraded me!! The service and room were great!!!

Internet didn't work at first(Motel 6 network wouldn't connect, there was another network to connect to but they didn't tell you that when checking in and after 3 hours of struggling and multiple phone calls to front desk finally they gave me another network to connect to which finally worked, microwave had an automatic child lock, there were no instructions to that and had to call front desk to get that figured out, would give it an overall 5.5/10..
