The hotel is tucked in a decent neighborhood but you do need to look closely for the right driveway to pull into. The room was quiet and comfortable. Maybe a little dated and didn't scream sanitation but it was clean enough to feel comfortable. Would we stay here again if in the area? Yes. Much better options than anything else we passed by. Good for our one night stay after a late concert at the Forum.

The room was clean, neatly appointed, had added counter to groom away from the sink, and it was a pleasant surprise to have strong water pressure in the shower. Complimentary Japanese or American breakfast was simple but a satisfying way to start the day.

Big surprise at how nice the place was. Each staff member we encountered was beyond cordial and helpful. Enjoyed the American breakfast (didn't try the Japanese, but it looked interesting, too) and the readily available coffee in the lobby. Lots of dining options in a very walkable distance was also a nice plus. We'd stay here again whenever we're in the L.A. area.

Very lovely hotel. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. I like the Japanese style breakfast. Rated 4 star for Property condition & facilities because there were no hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipes at the gym.
