It was great. Coffee in the morning restaurants nearby. Shuttle to Union station for bus to Dodger Stadium. Friendly and courteous staff to help. Nice seating areas outside in the back to enjoy the sunshine

The hotel was nice, service was great (especially Roberto) and location was perfect for us. My only issue was that complimentary coffee service in the lobby ended so early. I never saw it but understand it ended at either 7:30 or 8 am. I've never seen coffee service offered for such a short window.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice with a great view. There is definitely room for improvement with the “Destination Fee” charge, per day which is overpriced considering we were not able to use the car service to go to lunch, because the only had one driver who was on “lunch”. Also, the vallet parking service was not as efficient, I tried to call for my car from my room, but no one answered the phone. So I had to wait awhile outside for my vehicle. This hotel definitely needs to improve on the added features that cost so much.

We booked one bed and got placed in a two bed room. We were told it was because we booked through Expedia that we got the room we got. That Expedia tells you that you will get what you select but they tell hotel management we can be placed wherever due to availability. We booked months in advance so we were not sure why that was the answer we got. Moreover, they didn’t try to help us or accommodate our situation at all. We were so uncomfortable every night. We were promised a free drink when we booked and it was confirmed by hotel staff when we arrived. We were still charged at the end of that and when we asked about it, they said they couldn’t do anything because their manager was not in the day we checked out. I don’t think we will book this place again.
