First, my reservation through Expedia did not go through and I should have taken that as the sign. They had available rooms and sadly, this is what I can afford as of today. The night clerk was proactive and helpful, so props to him. His name is Jay.
In the room, I saw no visible bed bugs at all, but I could not sleep due to the horrible itchiness the bed sheets gave me. I kid you not, the following morning I woke up with contact dermatitis or something, which looked like small bites (very specific pinpointing dots on my arms and upper torso). Wasted money and putting my health at risk. No thank you. Never again.

Check-in through a dark window instead of a lobby. Lobby was closed even though it was before 6:00 PM - Could barely hear or see the clerk due to freeway traffic noise. Bathroom floor had a puddle and the carpet next to the bathroom was wet. Room was dirty, needed painting. Magnetic door lock was hit or miss for operation. Bathroom light sometimes went on.
Layout was cool and easy, pool area and jacuzzi was fine and nice. We wanted non smoking a room. Our first room reeked of mildew and the carpet floor was wet. Front office staff was very laid back, kind and professional, very helpful. They switched our room easily. We wanted non smoking, which we technically got, but it smelled like smoke, and the next morning the clean clothes we slept in smelled like smoke and dirty. The fridge was broken, and when opened smelled horrible. Parking was great easy
My stay was rather peaceful. Until i went to reserve a room for a 3rd night and was denied. The front desk attendant informed me that the manager placed me on a "no rent" list. When i inquired as to why I was rold I had ro wait to speak with manager. When he became out I introduced myself, and I never got his name. When i asked him about why I had been banned he said there was unregistered fuests (mind you its a fmily of 4) and alit if foot patrol in and out of room. I days "whats that? I have kids do it wouldbe be anyone in and out of my room except us because we smoke in the lot (no smoking facility) then he says "I spoke to your guest/boyfriend about talking with guys in the parking lot about that were a bad crowd, and he brushed me off and I asked him what room? he said 128" now mind you, I didn't have any issues that speak to anybody the whole time I was there and to be told that I was ban because he is a reflection of me. NOT ANYTHING I DID! But his unprofessionalism is a reflection on them. Well thats highly discriminatory to tell a grown perosn who they canvtalk to and were not from the area so wouldnt know whats going on on his property. Smh so sad it was a nice area.
We stayed for 3 nights, first room was absolutely disgusting and my wife and I were very tired from our long trip. Next morning I went to the front office and found the lobby closed. Keep in mind it was 9AM, when we checked in the previous afternoon it was open. I told the young man at the counter of how disgusting the room was and he immediately offered the adjacent room. It was slightly cleaner although both rooms only had one electrical outlet and both refrigerators did not work even if plugged in. Carpet in first room was gross and was coming up, walls were filthy and needed paint. Caulking in bathroom was black and covered in mildew. Fan was broken and missing its cover, one of the most unsanitary rooms I have ever stayed in ! I took numerous photographs of both rooms to document this horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone, on the contrary I would warn them to stay away.

Turned on the air conditioning and a few roaches came out of the air conditioner unit
The bed was very clean and comfortable and the location felt very safe, however the walls were a little grimy and there was no coffee machine or hair drier in the room
The two lamps didn't work an the bed on right side was sunkin in an made noise every time we went to lay on that side of bed. Also we found roaches an we took a photo of them
