Very out dated and needs major renovations. room has a smell I cant place. rust on metal lamp fixtures and bathroom shower. needs to be addressed, and staff needs to be more attentive when it comes to complaints about a room that smells like smoke when one doesn't smoke especially since there is a no smoking policy that states there is a $250 fee.

I did not like that there is a $250 fee if you smoke in the rooms, as I don't smoke I was given a room that had been smoked in, I informed the front desk and I was told I wouldn't get charged the $250 fee not would you like another room which was the response I would have wanted as the room smelled like smoke and I was not comfortable at all. Also everything is out dated and this hotel needs renovations immediately, I will be staying at Motel 6 next time.

At the front desk, I was NOT greeted by a young lady. She never said hello or someone will be with you, for 5 minutes. Finally, a man came in and was professional. Not a friendly group!! The elevator was in bad condition. My room was dirty. The floors were nasty. The refrigerator was broken. The TV was a 19”!!! Seriously!! What a dumb!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! They are rude and the rooms are dumps!!!

Front desk is clueless. I was trying to pay for my parking and they thought i was trying to avoid paying as i literally had my card out and was trying to give it to them to process. The rooms are disgusting! Good thing i bring my own sheets and towels. Ive stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was the worse ever for me.

Hotel is not what it is advertised to be. Several devices were broken, hotel offers no help in carrying bags, no restaurant, nothing. Room did have microwave, refrig and coffee maker. Staff is doing its best to overcome a negligent management.

Stay away from this place, IT IS DIRTYYY!!!! There was trash under the beds. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Extractor did not work, which explains the moldy bathroom. Toilet did not flush because it did not have running water. Horrible experience, called the front desk to fix the toilet. Lady that answered the phone was very rude. Decided to get our things and leave. Pictures from this place are very misleading. Save yourself some trouble and DO NOT stay here.

Great stay close to the Airport on a budget

2 Night stay before flying out of LA, area was very good to stay, Ronada Beach, Hawthorne, Lawndale area quiet and safe, not much homeless or beggars around. Close to the airport without going onto the freeway

All hotel room key system was down, every time to enter the room, hotel staff had to come to open the room. The room was not cleaned when checked in... They don't pick up the phone and had to run down to reception to ask clean-up a few times ... no responses. Have shown the photo how the room was when first entered ,,, took 3 hours to have someone come and the room cleaned.
