The staff members were friendly. The hotel itself is something out of a horror movie. I’ve been a flight attendant for close to 10 years at this point and have stayed in numerous hotels. This particular hotel is by far the absolute worst property that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are dilapidated and rundown, numerous holes in the walls, broken windows, dirty floors, and broken toiletries, dirty mattresses, and mattress covers, the permits have been expired for 23 months at this point, and I actually would not wish that even my worst enemy stayed at this hotel. The smell of the hotel room resembled that of a nasty haunted house. The fire exit doors were left propped open; an apparent invitation for ANYONE to invite themselves in. Horrible experience. The one good thing about it…the roof wasn’t leaking. Beware of this property that goes by multiple different names. As a Wyndham property, there is a certain expectation, which was not met at all.

The room had strong musty stench and no air flow. Windows were locked tight and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Stains on the wall of dirt and mildew.

Room very poor, I was very disappointed. Very old one down, plug sockets loose on the wall. Light switch broken and no switch. Coffee filter machine in room, not the lights for the machine. Staff wasn’t particularly professional, didn’t seem interested and just a job. No customer service lately. I would not recommend anyone staying there for that price, I stayed in another hotels for $40 less in much much better condition. I was very very disappointed to say at least.

The room was okay not too dirty but not too clean either. The tv reception was terrible. I also tired to plug in my ps5 but it would work. Someone had messed up the buttons on the tv previously. I called the front desk for fresh towels but was told we have to go down ourselves to get them. On top of that the elevator was being worked on with no sign or anything to indicate that. So me and my girlfriend almost got stuck inside the elevator for a bit. It sucks because we would come here to unwind on special occasions but this isn’t the first time this hotel has let me down. Won’t be staying here again.
