Our stay was just a over nighter to stay close to LAX since our flight was super early. Customer service was great and the shuttle was a plus. But our room was hot I think our ac wasn't working properly.

Understaffed housecleaning. Lampshades in bedroom dirty and nothing done after front desk notified. Breakfast buffet and valet parking are ripoffs. Expectations not met.

I was disappointed that knowing it was 4 persons in the room, there were only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels… we did Not realize it till morning when we’re getting ready for our flight. Other than that we enjoyed TGE stay.
