**Older adults and heavy luggage beware** the outdoor very narrow spiral stair case is the only entrance and it was difficult to navigate. Host was very attentive until we checked in. Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. We walked to one of the eateries in the listing. The street and neighborhood are well kept, but a couple streets over where the food places, one should be cautious at night. Also note that the tub does not have a motor for the pictured jets, but itâs a great size and no issue with hot water. Spa and fire pit were great! Easy to use, good instructions. We would stay here again, as long as we did not have one of the rooms with the spiral staircase.
