The kitchen and lounge area is outside of the rooms but very well kept. The A/C in our room wasnt working but fresh breeze from window was great. Great area to walk around and check out of the hollywood area. Noise is very different since its a busy area. Overall I loved it!

Yes, target, cvs, 7-11 and eateries in walking distance. Internet and wi-fi was great, guest were respectful and sociable. Hot water and laundry was down for 1-2 days but everything was great! Would stay again for the price.
