Suite had extremely low ceiling. A/C in bedroom was too close to bed and vents pointed directly to bed. Bathroom ventilation didn’t work. Water from shower flooded floor into toilet area.

I wasn't happy when your workers stole my recycleables and lied about it. I was in room # 442 and your workers stole my recycleables. You better watch your cleaning things around your establishment they will rob you blind!!!! They're a bunch of liars!!!! And that person at the front wasn't any better..

quiet location, easy access to everything I needed, free parking was a bonus. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was wondering why the bathrooms did not have functioning vents( exhaust) . Made the rooms steamy and had a wet musky smell when we entered the room.

Bad check in, worse sleep.

I checked into the hotel at 2 am following a wedding which was the main reason for the stay. Upon arrival the clerk started making comments and noises about the system and that I may have to rebook my reservation. We had to stand there for half an hour as she fumbled around on the computer. it was very bizarre and frustrating to say the least. When she finally got it, she then asked if i would prefer 2 full beds or a king. I booked the reservation for a king bed originally. She then said she'll upgrade me to a king bed even though that's what i already paid for. she then mentioned that the hotel would be doing some renovations in the morning but they would not effect us do to the floor we were on. Come 7am- on the floor right above us, they were making banging loud noises and making noise and sounds which to me sounded like a tub being removed. Lots of drilling and banging. I would never stay at this hotel again and the experience overall was not very comfortable Iver

The view from our room was to a walk way in between the pool and the hotel. Anyone walking by could look into the room. The property was very outdated and in need of a complete renovation.
