The hosts were great & explicitly spelled out their house rules. The living areas & backyard were spacious. Plenty of beds, linen, and space for larger groups. Most amenities were in very good condition. The property has potential to be a 5-star property. However, currently, it did not quite meet our expectations, especially considering what we paid for the booking. I'm mot sure how recent the pics were taken, but they didn't completely represent the current state of the property. There were serious security issues. Windows did not fully close and had door chain locks on them (namely, the Livingroom & bathroom - didn't check bedrooms). Because of this, may be the reason it was so cold in the house. The space heaters helped but were not sufficient, especially for me with Raynaud's syndrome. Also, weren't enough for each roomThe couches, some rugs, some linen & shower curtains were severely stained and maybe need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The shower curtain in the main bathroom needs to be replaced and probably more frequently. Parking was tricky, with all the cars parked on the street especially for a larger vehicle and the two vehicles parked closely on each edge of the driveway never moved, which made it more difficult. With the resolution of most or all of the above, I would probably book here again.
