Weekend to Celebrate Life
Located in a beautiful neighborhood, this house is spacious & inviting. It’s very clean & nicely decorated. We enjoyed being there, but there were a few issues. The dishwasher did not work & there was no hot water in the kitchen. The host tried to get it fixed but we didn’t want workers in the house when we weren’t there. He was very accommodating in trying to get it fixed but we agreed to just deal with the hot water issue since the timing of the repair was not convenient for us. Bath towels were plentiful, but there were no kitchen towels. Only paper towels were available which seemed wasteful and not ecologically responsible. The backyard is devoid of shade & outdoor furniture. A barbecue grill and some shade & outdoor seating would have been great. While the house worked well for our family to gather inside, it would have been nice to be able to spend time outside. Also, we had to eat out for our main meals since the kitchen was not well-stocked with cookware with which to prepare meals. A few improvements would move this house from a good value to an excellent one. Thank you for asking our opinion.
