This spacious, gated contemporary Mediterranean estate is perfectly situated on prime lower Stradella Rd, taking advantage of the bucolic canyon, city, and ocean views. Sun-lit rooms with wood floors, French doors, and beams. A dramatic two-story beamed-ceiling stairwell with an adjacent service bar affords seamless entertainment flow. The entire upstairs of the home contains the grand owner's retreat featuring a large vaulted-ceiling sitting room, dual-sided fireplace, luxuriously large bathroom, and two romantic view terraces. The resort-style yard includes extensive patios, BBQ station, infinity-edge pool, spa, cabana with bathroom, and stunning views. Large storage room under the rear patio.

- Cellular reception in the area may vary depending on your provider. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading Google Maps offline before your arrival. - No Garage Access
- Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
