The staff were absolutely helpful and top notch! I liked the fact that The music venues Belasco and Mayan theaters were within walking distance. Also, food options and small stores were close by as well. I wish there was a cloths drawer in my room instead of the 10 hardback books available. Also, the lighting was a bit difficult to figure out but manageable. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. Beautiful 1920s building with high ceilings, my rooms extremely spacious lots of windows, the food in the coffee shop downstairs was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. A very good value for such a big city… Will definitely return…

the restaurant upstairs, is just not good! the dinnette is good and closes at 3PM, it needs to stay open for dinner. Cabra is just not good, i've stayed at your hotel multiple times and always have an issue with dining.

After booking through hotels.com this hotel I was unable to make it in that Friday due to an emergency with my daughter. I had already paid the reservation . After reaching out to hotels they said that the Manager at the Hoxton Hotel did not approve any kind of refund or reschedule. This is horrible service .

Great Boutique hotel in Dowtown LA

The Hoxton was a pleasant surprise. We didn't expect the hotel to be so family friendly given that it's a funky boutique hotel but it was close to where we needed to be so we chose it. In the end we had a fantastic stay and the staff was all really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us out and make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel and would also tell those with kids if you are worried it's not family friendly don't be. It was a great place for kids.

I really enjoyed the location of this property. Only downfall which is out of their control is the riff raff at night time that passes along the way. I would LOVE to stay here again and have been recommending to all who will listen. The ambiance and staff were delightful. Small but intimate, no jacuzzi but heat roof top pool makes up for it. Breakfast from room service was also AMAZING.

Great Downtown LA Hotel

Great downtown LA hotel, close to Orpheum and downtown sights. Lovely restaurants and easy valet parking. Would stay again!
