THE MANAGER SAM REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO CHECK IN WITH MY SERVICE ANIMAL. I informed them in advance that i had a service animal (dog) but the manager did not seem to underatand what a service animal is, or the law. Instead he made up criteria which are not appropriate such as " he is too big", "he doesnt have a jacket ", and that "i did not look disabled". They broke the law and they are being sued.

On our second day they ask us to leave the room so housekeeping can clean because we were staying three nights . It doesn't make sense. Then they charge us $30 from our deposit because two towels were stain with cranberry use that can easily be clean in the washer and they also complaint of a towel having black paint and all it was was the dirt from their own floor. Never again we staying there.

Very clean room ! housekeeping staff terrific as was all front desk personnel. I’ve now chosen to stay here 4 times even driving an extra 20 minutes to enjoy the hospitality of this hotel

He used to love sta I used to love staying at this location until my last trip when I got there they didn't let me check in could you not it was like 11:00 p.m. and they did not care they had me there from 10:00 to 11:00 trying to figure something out and they couldn't do nothing
