Room had a really funky smell but as we was late checking in we just made do. To be fair the beds were comfy and clean. The thing that really annoyed me was house keeping banging on the door at 9:15am and because I didn’t answer she let herself in I was absolutely mortified thankfully I had a towel around me! Absolutely unacceptable on every level I was in complete shock she just laughed and said “oh sorry”Never will I stay here again also check out is 11am so why was she letting herself in rooms surely she’d have known if I’d have checked out because as far as I am aware house keeping are made aware when guests have checked out?
